With everything moving so fast around us it is often hard to find time for ourselves. Or we may be too busy taking care of everyone else. Nowadays, self-love is so important. Self-love is not selfish; you cannot truly love another until you know how to love yourself.
We are not good to anyone else if we are not being good to ourselves.
Here are 25 ways to practice some self-love (they are not in any particular order, I just like the countdown), so you can be loving to yourself.
