The workouts, which can be found on
YouTube, were all approximately 10 minutes long and work all major parts of the body. The workouts are quick and powerful, and a great way to start the day. The
workout schedule is very doable and some days have more than one workout.
The
whey protein is good. I had a vanilla one. It mixed easily with water.
PRE drink is a little sweet and the
BURN has to be taken before your biggest meal. I was hoping to loss a few pounds with this campaign and am please that I lost 5 pounds. I’m very happy with the workouts and the results. I continue with BeFit.
