Celebrated annually on March 3rd, it is National I Want You To Be Happy Day. It is an unselfish day, a day that encourages us to do something to make others happy.
Share a smile, share a laugh, pay a compliment, send some flowers, visit a friend or maybe make a phone call. It can actually be as simple as just telling someone that you want them to be happy.
A few things that brings me happiness are:
- Spending time outside
- Helping others
- Surrounding myself with happy people
- Maintaining positive thoughts
- Smiling
- Watching funny movies
- Listening to uplifting music
- Reading inspiring books
